Time Scylon
The Time Scylon is the definitive high-performance road machine for those who demand more than just aerodynamics. Completely redesigned for 2025, it balances cutting-edge CFD shaping with Time’s legendary European craftsmanship. It is a bike engineered for absolute precision, offering 12% improved aerodynamics and a 100g weight reduction, all while maintaining the telepathic handling and vibration damping that only a Time Braided Carbon Structure can provide.

Time Scylon: European Craftsmanship Meets Modern Velocity
While others use pre-preg carbon sheets, the Scylon is created through Time’s unique Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process. This allows for total control over fibre orientation, resulting in a frame that is both 9% stiffer torsionally and remarkably comfortable. The heart of the Scylon is the redesigned Powerbox Chainstay system, now reconstructed from ultra-high modulus fibres to be 20% lighter while ensuring instantaneous power transfer. With full cable integration and a new aero fork that reduces drag by 4%, the Scylon is a modern masterpiece designed for the rider who values heritage as much as they do the podium.
Key Features
Braided Carbon Structure
TIME's proprietary BCS technology forms the backbone of the SCYLON. Almost two years of engineering refinement resulted in maintained pedalling stiffness and a 9% improvement in torsional stiffness — translated into a frame that holds its line under hard efforts and corners with precision.
12% Aerodynamic Improvement
Evolved tube shaping and CFD analysis cut drag by 12% over the previous generation. The enhanced airfoil-profile down tube and seat tube reduce frontal area without the weight penalty that usually comes with larger aero sections.
Redesigned Powerbox Chainstay
The signature one-piece chainstay — reconstructed entirely in ultra-high modulus fibre — achieves a 20% weight reduction while retaining the stiffness and power transfer characteristics that defined the original SCYLON. Clearance for 32c tyres comes as standard.
Full Cable Integration + 32c Tyre Clearance
Clean internal routing is compatible across drivetrain brands, with no proprietary lock-in. The redesigned fork adds 4% less drag with no stiffness trade-off, and the geometry accommodates 32c tyres throughout — giving the SCYLON genuine versatility without compromising its race character.
