About this bike
The Rave SLR ID2 is Wilier’s answer to modern gravel racing. It has a 990g HUS Mod carbon frame, aero tube shapes developed in the wind tunnel, and room for tyres up to 52mm. This in-stock build pairs SRAM’s wireless Rival XPLR groupset with the one-piece F-Bar cockpit and Miche Sterrato 45 carbon wheels. It’s a fast, clean race setup you can ride away now.

Wilier Rave SLR ID2 Rival XPLR: race-spec gravel, ready now
The Rave SLR ID2 takes its cues from Wilier’s top-tier road bikes rather than a comfort-first gravel template. Its compact wheelbase and short rear triangle make for quick acceleration, while balanced angles keep handling precise off-road. Wilier measured a 5.3-watt saving at 35km/h from the new tube shapes, which is worth more than 50 seconds over a 70km race.
Integrated F-Bar cockpit
The F-Bar is a monocoque carbon bar and stem in one piece. It cuts frontal turbulence and hides every cable, which run through the frame and Wilier’s Superslim upper bearing. The result is a cleaner, faster front end and a properly integrated race cockpit.
SRAM Rival AXS XPLR 1x13
The Rave SLR ID2 is designed purely around 1x gravel drivetrains, and SRAM’s Rival XPLR E1 is a natural fit. Wireless shifting, a 40T chainring and a 10-46T cassette give you range for steep climbs and fast flats. Hydraulic disc brakes run on 160mm Paceline rotors front and rear.

Like every bike we sell, this one has been built and checked in our Dereham workshop. It comes with a free bike fit, so your position is dialled in before your first race.

How does this bike differ from the Rival XPLR F-Bar build you offer to order?
It’s the same build, apart from the wheels. This in-stock bike runs Miche Sterrato 45 carbon wheels instead of the Graff Aero 48. If you’d rather have the Graff Aero 48, we can order that build for you.
What size tyres can I fit?
Wilier rate the frame for tyres up to 52mm. It ships on 50mm Vittoria Terreno tyres, so there’s a little room to go bigger. Talk to us about your tyre and rim combination and we’ll confirm the fit.
Can I fit a front derailleur?
No. The Rave SLR ID2 is designed only for 1x gravel drivetrains. The largest chainring it takes is 50T, if you want taller gearing for faster events.
Does the F-Bar make fit changes harder?
A little. Reach and width are set by the one-piece bar, so changing them means swapping the bar rather than just the stem. That’s why we set your position properly with the free bike fit before you ride.
Does it need a specific seatpost?
Yes. The Rave SLR ID2 uses Wilier’s own aero Filante carbon seatpost, which is supplied with the bike.
Is a bike fit included?
Yes. Every bike bought from Tri Harder comes with a free bike fit.
