Description
The Filante SLR ID2 represents a total aerodynamic overhaul. By refining the front-end profile and introducing inward-angled seatstays, Wilier has optimised airflow where it matters most. Tested at the Silverstone wind tunnel, the ID2 saves an incredible 14.15 watts at 40 km/h compared to its predecessor.
Aerokit Integration: This build includes the proprietary Aerokit—integrated bottle cages and bottles that act as a functional spoiler, smoothing airflow around the downtube.
Pro Tour Construction: Built with ultra-high-modulus carbon and Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), the frame remains a featherweight 870g while maintaining elite-level stiffness for explosive sprints.
Modern Versatility: Unlike traditional aero bikes, the ID2 accommodates tyres up to 34mm, allowing you to run higher volumes for improved grip and comfort without a speed penalty.
Future-Proof Standards: Features the UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) for simplified maintenance and is optimised exclusively for electronic groupsets to ensure a clean, zero-drag cockpit.
