Orca Athlex Flow Women’s Wetsuit V2
Balancing buoyancy and elasticity
The Athlex Flow V2 is built around Yamamoto neoprene, aiming for the balance between buoyancy and elasticity that defines Orca’s Flow line. This version updates the graphics and materials to increase flexibility in the upper torso while concentrating buoyancy technology through the legs — the combination is intended to help correct body position in the water and hold a more hydrodynamic line for longer.
Buoyancy through the legs
Exo-Lift buoyancy technology is built into the legs, aimed at maintaining an elevated, horizontal swimming position for longer over the course of a swim.
Elasticity through the upper body
The shoulders, arms and back use highly elastic materials, and the shoulder area is kept free of graphics specifically to maximise range of motion through the stroke — the intent being unrestricted movement through the full swim leg.
Hydrodynamics and transition speed
An SCS treatment is applied to the suit’s outer materials to reduce drag through the water. Highly hydrophobic materials are also used to help the suit come off quickly in transition, aimed at saving time between the swim and bike legs.
What’s included
A mesh backpack and fabric gloves come included with the wetsuit — the backpack for storage and transport, and the gloves to help pull the suit on without damaging the neoprene.

The Athlex Flow V2 sits in Orca’s mid-tier line, built around Yamamoto neoprene with Exo-Lift buoyancy and SCS hydrodynamic treatment. Orca’s Apex range sits above it at a higher price point with additional technology.
Does it come with anything else in the box?
Yes — a mesh backpack for storage/transport and fabric gloves to help put the suit on without damaging the neoprene.
Will it restrict my arm movement during the swim?
