Terms & Conditions
General
Thank you for using Tri Harder UK Ltd. We provide services to you through our website and those services are provided to you on the basis of these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, TriHarder.co.uk (“Website”). By using our website, you agree to these terms.
The Contract: How Your Order Becomes Confirmed
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and your chosen delivery service (Order Acknowledgement). This doesn’t mean your order is confirmed yet.
Your order is essentially an offer to purchase goods from Tri Harder. We’ll review your order and confirm acceptance by sending an Order Confirmation email. This email will include all order details, dispatch date, and expected delivery timeframe.
The contract between you and Tri Harder is only formed once you receive the Order Confirmation.
This confirmation applies only to the specific items listed in the email. We are not obligated to fulfill any other items from your original order until they are confirmed in a separate Order Confirmation email.
How to cancel/return Goods
Please see our returns and refunds page.
What to Do if Your Item is Faulty
We understand that sometimes products may not be perfect. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by phone at 01362 690069. We’ll work with you to find a quick and satisfactory resolution that complies with your consumer rights.
Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act
The Consumer Rights Act gives you the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them. This applies if the goods are:
- Unsatisfactory quality
- Unfit for purpose
- Not as described
- After 30 Days
Even after 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act. However, a full refund might not be the first option offered.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your product is faulty, we may request you to return it to us for inspection. This allows us to verify the fault and determine the best course of action. We are not obligated to replace the item before the inspection.
Manufacturer Inspections
In some cases, the manufacturer may need to inspect the faulty item to improve their production methods. We will facilitate this process if necessary.
Reporting Faults & Avoiding Unnecessary Costs
Please let us know about any damage, defect, or other issue with your item before contacting third parties or incurring additional expenses. This allows us the opportunity to address the problem directly and minimise any inconvenience for you.
Cancellation by Tri Harder
In some situations, we may need to cancel your order. This will typically occur in the following circumstances:
- Insufficient Stock: If we don’t have enough stock to fulfill your order, we’ll cancel and provide a full refund.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delivery limitations or incorrect pricing information, we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll cancel and provide a full refund.
- Suspected Fraud: If we suspect a fraudulent transaction, we may cancel your order and may report it to the appropriate authorities.
What Happens if We Cancel Your Order?
If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you by email and will issue a full refund for the order amount (including any delivery charges) to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
Please note: We will not be able to offer compensation for any disappointment caused by the cancellation.
Guarantees
Many of the products we sell come with manufacturer guarantees. These guarantees offer protection against defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Guarantee Details: Warranty information is usually included with the product manual or packaging.
- Manufacturer Responsibility: Manufacturer guarantees are provided and fulfilled directly by the product manufacturer.
- Guarantee Cards: If a guarantees card is included, complete it and return it as instructed to activate the guarantee.
What Tri Harder Doesn’t Cover:
- We are not responsible for fulfilling manufacturer guarantees.
- Any guarantee claims should be directed to the product manufacturer according to their guarantee terms.
Benefits of Manufacturer Guarantees:
Manufacturer guarantees provide additional peace of mind for your purchase. They can cover repairs or replacements for covered defects.
By understanding manufacturer guarantees, you can ensure you get the most out of your Tri Harder purchase.
When Do You Own the Goods?
Ownership (or “title”) of the items you order transfers to you once they are collected by the delivery service provider from our shop.
Important Note: If you have other outstanding payments from a combined order, we reserve the right to hold onto ownership of all items until all outstanding balances are settled. This doesn’t prevent you from receiving the items, but simply means legal ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

Important Information About Competition Goods
Designed for Competition Use:
Some of the products we offer are designated as “Competition Goods.” These products are specifically designed for competition use and experience increased wear and tear due to the demanding conditions they endure.
Reduced Lifespan and Warranty Coverage:
As a result of competition use, Competition Goods may have a shorter lifespan compared to similar products intended for regular use. Additionally, warranty coverage for Competition Goods might be limited by the manufacturer.
We Recommend:
- Carefully consider the intended use of the product before purchasing Competition Goods.
- If you plan to use Competition Goods with other parts, consult with an expert to ensure compatibility and withstand the stress of competition use.
- Be aware that manufacturers may offer limited warranties for parts used in competition settings.
By purchasing Competition Goods, you acknowledge this information.
Payment Terms
Order Authorization:
- When you place an order on our website, your payment is authorized but not captured immediately. This authorisation holds the funds temporarily to ensure sufficient balance for your purchase.

Price Changes:
- Our quoted prices are based on the assumption that there won’t be any changes in manufacturer pricing or government levies.
- In the unlikely event of price increases from the manufacturer or government:
- Orders placed before the price increase will be honoured at the original quoted price.
- You will not be charged any additional amounts.
Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We will not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivering your order if they are caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These events, also known as “Force Majeure,” may include:
