We’re committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re happy to offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. We offer an extended 21-day return window for all online purchases. This means you have 21 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligible Items:
Most new, unused, and unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached are eligible for a full refund.
Ineligible Items:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging or tags attached
- Custom-made or personalised items (unless a mistake was made on our part)
How to Return an Item:

- Return Process: Within your delivery package, there should be a returns form for you to complete. If not, please call us or you can download a PDF version.
- Safe Return Packaging: Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your peace of mind.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
Finding the perfect fit online can be challenging, especially with wetsuits. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange process for all items. This is particularly helpful for ensuring you get the right size wetsuit for maximum comfort and performance.
How Exchanges Work:
- Simply fill in the returns form included in your package to let us know you’d like to exchange for a different size and send it back with the item you’d like to exchange.
- Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we’ll immediately ship you the new size based on availability.
- You’ll only be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. We’ll cover the shipping cost of sending you the new size.
What to Do if Your Item is Faulty:
