Orbea Orca Aero: A Different Approach to Aero
Most aero bikes are optimised for a 0° headwind — a scenario that barely exists on the road. Orbea took the Orca Aero further, reshaping the frame for performance across the full range of real-world yaw angles, while treating the bike and rider as one aerodynamic system rather than optimising the frame in isolation.
The result is a bike built in four stages: rethinking the aero approach itself, optimising how rider and machine work together, engineering for future racing standards, and validating every gain in the wind tunnel and on the road.

Engineered as One System
New Oquo RA57LTD carbon wheels, an OC RA10 carbon cockpit, a low-stack saddle, flush bottle cages, and a redesigned service box all work together as a single aerodynamic package.
Faster Together
A low centre of gravity, race geometry, and 13 sizes with a precise-fit cockpit mean the bike disappears underneath the rider. Global stiffness is up 27.5%, in a 900g OMX frame.
Future Racing Standards
Tyre clearance up to 37mm (optimised for 29–35mm), UDH compatible, internal seatpost clamp, integrated Di2 battery solution, and fork bumper protection — built for where road racing standards are heading, not just where they are now.
