Do I need to drink water with Maurten Gel 100?
No. Unlike most traditional gels which require water to aid digestion and prevent stomach upset, Maurten’s hydrogel technology is designed to be consumed on its own.
How many gels should I take per hour?
For intense endurance activities, it is recommended to take 2–3 gels per hour to hit the 50g–75g carbohydrate target. Because of the hydrogel, many athletes can tolerate up to 4 gels (100g) per hour.
Is Maurten Gel 100 vegan?
Yes! It is made from entirely natural, plant-based ingredients and is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Does it contain caffeine?
