ASSOS MILLE GT Bib Shorts S11 — Men’s Endurance Bib Shorts, Refined

The MILLE GT is ASSOS’s benchmark men’s endurance bib short — the garment that most riders encounter first, and keep coming back to. The S11 generation builds on that reputation with a lighter, more durable body fabric, bib strap technology borrowed directly from the Racing Series, and a thoroughly updated chamois. These are men’s cycling bib shorts engineered to feel exceptional across every kind of ride, from a punchy club run to a full day in the saddle.

QUARTZ Fabric — Lighter, More Durable, True Black

The S11 body is constructed from the new QUARTZ textile — a lightweight, breathable warp-knit fabric with permanent odour control built in. It delivers a deeper, true-black colour that stays opaque under stretch, resists fading over time, and sheds grams compared to its predecessor. 80% of its content comes from pre-consumer recycled polyamide.

rollBar Bib Straps

Adapted from the ASSOS Racing Series, rollBar is a patented bib strap bracing system designed to lock the insert in position as your weight shifts. Whether you’re out of the saddle on a climb, pushing through a sprint or cornering hard, the insert stays exactly where it should — no movement, no bunching, no adjustment needed mid-ride.

zeroPressure Waist

A soft, highly elastic waist construction provides a secure hold across the waist without creating any pressure or pinching. It works quietly in the background on long efforts, holding its position without relying on rigid banding or aggressive compression.

PILtec Plug-In Leg Openings

Each leg opening features a lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band with an invisible microdot silicone treatment on the inside. It maintains consistent grip and fit in wet or dry conditions without the bulk or discomfort of traditional silicone gripper bands.

GT S11 Insert — 12mm Endurance Platform

The GT S11 chamois is the product of four distinct technologies working in combination:

Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 12 — a thermoformed compressive foam platform at 12mm depth that eliminates ridges and distributes pressure evenly across long rides.

3D Waffle — a patented three-layer perforated foam construction that boosts breathability and removes unnecessary weight from the insert without compromising support.

goldenGate 2.0 — a free-floating construction designed to move with the body rather than restrict it. Updated wing cut-outs reduce friction throughout the pedal stroke, particularly on longer efforts.

Sundeck Tec — an ultrasoft panel at the front of the insert that minimises its footprint, eliminates pressure at the front of the chamois and increases airflow where it’s needed most.

regularFit Construction

ASSOS’s regularFit uses body-contoured shaping and a reduced seam count to eliminate friction points and simplify layering. It’s a precise, streamlined cut that works across a wide range of builds without the aggressive compression of a race-specific fit.
