ASSOS UMA GT Bib Shorts S11 — Women’s Endurance Bib Shorts, Redefined

The UMA GT has long been ASSOS’s core endurance bib short for women — the garment that defines what the brand stands for. The S11 generation doesn’t reinvent that formula, it sharpens it. A lighter, more durable body fabric. Bib strap technology adapted from the Racing Series. A more breathable insert. The result is women’s cycling bib shorts that feel as good on hour six as they do on hour one.

QUARTZ Fabric — Lighter, Darker, Better

The S11 body is built from the new QUARTZ textile — a lightweight, breathable warp knit with permanent odour control. It’s lighter and more durable than its predecessor, and delivers a deeper true-black colour that stays opaque under stretch. 80% of its content comes from pre-consumer recycled polyamide.

rollBar Bib Straps

Adapted directly from the ASSOS Racing Series, rollBar is a patented bib strap bracing system designed to stabilise the insert and keep it locked in position as your weight transfers through sprinting, climbing and cornering. No shifting, no bunching — just consistent support from start to finish.

zeroPressure Waist

A soft, highly elastic waist construction delivers a secure hold without any pressure or pinching. It sits comfortably through long efforts and holds its position without relying on rigid banding.

PILtec Plug-In Leg Openings

At each leg opening, a lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band features an invisible microdot silicone treatment that maintains grip and fit in both wet and dry conditions — without the bulk or discomfort of traditional silicone grippers.

GT S11 Insert — 12mm Endurance Platform

The updated GT S11 insert is built around a 12mm compressive foam platform and features four key technologies working together:

Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 12 — thermoformed compressive foam layers that reduce ridges and pressure points across long rides.

3D Waffle — a patented three-layer perforated foam construction that increases breathability and eliminates unnecessary weight.

goldenGate 2.0 — a free-floating construction that moves with the body rather than against it. Updated wing cut-outs reduce friction throughout the pedal stroke.

Sundeck Tec — an ultrasoft front panel that minimises the insert’s footprint, eliminates pressure and increases airflow at the front of the chamois.

ASSOS’s streamlined regularFit uses body-contoured shaping and a reduced seam count to eliminate friction and simplify layering — a clean, precise fit that works across a wide range of body shapes without compromise.
