While most entry-level suits feel stiff and restrictive, the Agile utilises high-stretch fabrics and strategic paneling to ensure a natural, fluid swimming experience. +1Optimised Body Position The key to swimming faster is reducing drag. The Agile features 4mm buoyancy panels through the core and legs, which specifically target “heavy legs”—a common challenge for beginner and intermediate swimmers. By lifting the hips and legs higher in the water, the suit puts you in a more hydrodynamic position, saving you energy for the bike and run.
+1Unrestricted Shoulder Flex Fatigue is the enemy of a good swim. To combat this, Zone3 has integrated 2mm Flex-Fit shoulder panels. This thinner, more flexible neoprene allows for a full range of motion, reducing the “pull-back” felt in cheaper suits. The result is a more relaxed stroke and significantly less shoulder fatigue over longer distances.

Is the Zone3 Agile suitable for Ironman distances?
Yes. While it is an entry-level suit, the flexibility in the shoulders and the significant buoyancy make it comfortable enough for long-distance endurance swims.
Can I use this for breaststroke?
The Agile is designed primarily for front crawl. If you plan on swimming breaststroke exclusively, we recommend looking at the Zone3 Aspect, which is specifically designed for the lateral leg kick of breaststroke.
